He has worked as a youth educator and volunteer in projects focused on inclusion, teamwork, and helping young people discover their gifts. Those experiences inspire books for young readers and families who want stories that speak to respect, courage, forgiveness, and resilience—whether the challenge is losing a game, working through a conflict with a friend, or facing an inner struggle.
His writing ranges from sports stories to narratives inspired by saints and everyday “small heroes,” and also includes imaginative adventures where mystery and wonder open the door to big questions and brave choices. He favors short chapters and a lively pace, making his books a great fit for independent reading and for reading aloud as a shared family moment.
